- Crumpler Matchmaker Backpack Camera Bag
I originally started off with a Canon EOS 350D, which I got in Hong Kong in 2006. I switched to a Nikon D90 in December 2008. The Nikon is a massive improvement over the Canon. Everything seemed a bit of a fiddle to use, the Nikon is 10 times easier to use, and since I've had it my photos have improved significantly.
My most used lens is the Nikkor 50mm f1.8, which the photogeeks like to call their 'nifty fifty'. Using it gives such an incredible depth to every picture. Using it at f1.8 throws the background out of focus compared to the focused object. Not bad for a lens that was £60. I use the Sigma for sports and most nature stuff, take a look at my hockey galleries, most of the pics in there are taken with the Sigma. The kit 18-105mm lens is used for day to day and landscape stuff. It works really well with the Hoya effect filters.
Things I'd like to get in the future are:
- Nikon SB600 Flash x 2
- Battery Grip
- Sigma 10-20mm lens
- Sigma 24-70mm lens
Just not sure how all that will fit in the already stuffed bag.
